DESIGN POLICY
We understand that custom design projects (landing pages & CRM's) are unique and require a significant amount of time, effort, and resources from our team. For this reason, we have a strict no refund policy for our custom design work.
Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before engaging in a custom design project with us:
1. Payment in Full: Payment for the custom design project must be made in full before any work commences.
2.Changes and Revisions: Changes and revisions are allowed during the design process. However, excessive changes and revisions may result in additional charges.
3.Final Approval: Once the final design has been approved and accepted by the client, no further changes can be made.
4.No Refunds: Once the custom design project has been completed and approved, no refunds will be given for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the design, changes of mind, or inability to use the design.
5.Ownership: Upon completion of the custom design project, the client will own all rights to the design.
